The agency needed development support for its client websites. UI Arts initially joined to make WordPress improvements and, through that work, established a continuing relationship with the agency team.
Taking responsibility for the implementation
As the relationship developed, the agency entrusted UI Arts with further technical assignments. This gave it an external development partner able to take on implementation and deliver the agreed work.
UI Arts' role was to handle the technical delivery supporting the agency's client commitments. The partnership combined website work with the communication and follow-through needed across repeated projects.
A continuing working relationship
According to the project account, work was delivered on time and the agency's end clients were satisfied. The relationship continued for approximately four to five years, expanding beyond the original fixes into recurring collaboration.
The outcome is a practical partnership: the agency has a team it can return to when a client project needs engineering support.
